  • The trout is first cooked then smoked, unlike smoked salmon which is cold smoked. The traditional smokery, just down the road from us, was established in 1974 by one of the present owners and has won many awards for its products.  By using up-dated versions of the original London Brick Kilns, methods proved over 200 years in the East End of London, they are able to produce Smoked Trout “as it used to be” – with that wonderful mild smokey flavour, rarely found today
