Delivery information for Food Hampers by post and Speciality Fine Foods

Please note we only deliver food hampers by post  within the UK.

We operate a weekday 24-hour service to most parts of the UK for orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday. The very remote areas may take a little longer.

We do not deliver on a Sunday.

Delivery charges are shown in the shopping cart and can be added at that stage.  Charges cover carriage, packaging costs and insurance.

Saturday deliveries, if asked for cost £44.75


Orders received after 11am on Thursday and during Friday until noon will normally be delivered the following Monday (unless Saturday has been requested).Hampers ordered after noon on Friday(unless it is a Bank Holiday) will be dispatched the following Monday (unless a Bank Holiday when they will dispatched on a Tuesday) and delivered on Tuesday (Wednesday if a Bank Holiday).

Delivery Terms

Please provide an alternative point for delivery in addition to the main address in case the recipient is out (e.g. neighbour, garage, business address).

If an alternative has not been nominated, the courier may, at his discretion “leave the parcel safe”. The courier will leave a card either giving the location of the parcel or if the parcel could not be left safe, a contact to arrange for a second attempt.  If the parcel is not left, the delivery price allows for two further weekday attempts. Any additional attempts beyond that, or a re-direction, will be chargeable.

We strongly recommend that there is somebody available on a nominated day to accept and sign for the parcel.


We cannot be held responsible for (a) timely delivery or non delivery if the address details are incorrect or for (b) the condition of the parcel and its contents if the recipient is not in to receive and sign for the parcel.

We and our carriers are particularly busy during Christmas so please allow extra time.
