Delivery
Delivery charges for hampers are shown with each hamper. Delivery charges for the fine foods shop are in that section. Charges cover carriage, packaging costs and insurance. We subside the delivery charges, which are: -
Delivery charges for hampers. The charges reflect the weight of the parcel .For small hampers the charge is £8.95 per parcel. For medium weight hampers, £10.00.For the very heavy weight hampers £12.50.
Delivery charges for foods from the on-line shop. The charge is a flat £8.95 per parcel.
Multi parcel drops. This means to the same address on the same day. This may be possible at a reduced rate depending on the numbers of parcels involved.
We operate a weekday 24-hour service to most parts of the UK for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. The very remote areas may take a little longer.
Saturday deliveries, if asked for carry a surcharge.
Orders received after 2pm on Thursday and during Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday (unless Saturday has been requested).
Delivery Terms
Please provide an alternative point for delivery in addition to the main address in case the recipient is out (e.g. neighbour, garage, business address)
If there is no one to receive the delivery, the driver will normally leave the parcel “safe”(including the garage and leave a card to identify where the parcel is). We strongly recommend that there is somebody available on a nominated day to accept the parcel otherwise we cannot be held responsible for the safety or condition of the goods.
THE PROPER POST CODE and CORRECT ADDRESS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
We cannot be held responsible for timely delivery if the address details are incorrect or for reasons beyond our control.
We and our carriers are particularly busy during Christmas so please allow extra time.
